George at Asda have some fab retro garden furniture – at bargain prices! This patio dining table (above) is only, wait for it, £39. And if you need something even smaller (like I do) then there is a smaller bistro version for £25. And lots of lovely tableware to complement it too.
And though I don’t have the space, I’ve also fallen in love with this Retro Moon Bistro set (and I’m in good company, I see Kat Got The Cream has too!). It comprises two tub chairs and a snazzy little complementary table, all for only £99.
So no need to scour the vintage shops selling items like these at over-inflated prices – you can transform even the smallest of spaces at little cost if you know where to look (hint, hint, George at Asda).
I’m thinking gin and tonic on the balcony, smelling the herbs and fresh flowers and forgetting I am in the middle of a city …
