The Cat and the Sun Lounger
What a glorious bank holiday weekend! Spring truly sprang and it was time for me to unpack my brand new sunlounger from trueshopping.co.uk. And a certain someone wanted in on the action …
This was a VERY heavy box, which took two of us to carry. With this weight, I knew the quality was going to be good.
And it was – really beautiful wood, very carefully packaged, with all the fittings and instructions for easy assembly.
A few twists of the allen key, and the chair was soon assembled, and seat pad in place.
It was tested by all, including my boyfriend’s lovely mum.
And then, when the sun went down, put under its sturdy raincover to protect it from the elements.

I did manage to have a few sessions sunbathing on this lovely lounger over the weekend and it is soooo comfy – and that side table (which can be pulled out either side of the chair) is such a bonus. I was in heaven with kindle and cuppa in easy reach at all times.
It is fully adjustable, and can be moved around easily as it is has wheels, perfect for following the sun as it moves around the garden.
The lounger will stay on my boyfriend’s decking as I do not have a garden, and I hope to get plenty more lounging sessions in when I visit – though someone may have other ideas.
